Now that I have developed a passion for photography and street photography in particular, when I commute I will sometimes get off a stop early and walk. Not only is it good for the health but it opens myself up to more opportunities.

On this day, I decided to walk from London Waterloo and a very rare thing happened, we actually had some sun. It had been a long time, but I am sure that is what it was. In any case, my opportunity came walking towards London Bridge and I came across this amazing 3 piece band performing in that beautiful golden hour light. The lead singer’s passion exuded through each song and perfectly matched the dramatic light that illuminated her performance.
